We pride ourselves on our ethos, so have very little terms and conditions. However, our prices are the lowest around and we do need to at least cover our costs, so some services have a minimum period.
Nothing scary here. In Hero CRM we have features that incur costs; sms messages, phone calls, dedicated IP addresses, etc. We automatically re-bill these optional features to you at 1% mark-up to help cover our accounts costs.
